Tegan Vincent-Cooke
International Para Dressage athlete, presenter and storyteller across sport, media and entertainment
Authenticity, community, positivity, and passion.
These principles guide everything I do. Staying true to myself and my journey is at the heart of my work. I strive to create meaningful connections, celebrate the power of togetherness, and approach every challenge with optimism and determination.
I believe passion fuels purpose, and with it comes the strength to achieve the extraordinary. Through para dressage, podcasting, and storytelling, I hope to inspire others to dream boldly, embrace their uniqueness, and find strength in their own passions.

Making HERstory!
In 2026, Coco and I made history for Jamaica, becoming the country’s first Para Dressage combination to compete at a World Championships.
What once felt like an ambitious dream became a reality — but our journey isn’t finished. Now, our focus turns to the biggest goal yet: representing Jamaica at the LA 2028 Paralympic Games.
As Jamaica’s sole international Para Dressage rider, I’m seeking support to continue competing at the highest level, build towards Paralympic qualification and keep creating opportunities for greater representation on the world stage.
We made history once. Now, we’re ready to do it again.
