I’m an international Para Dressage athlete, presenter and broadcaster with a passion for storytelling across sport, disability, culture and entertainment.
Alongside making history representing Jamaica on the world stage, I’ve built a growing career across television, digital media and live events. My experience includes presenting for Channel 4 at the Horse of the Year Show, delivering a TEDx talk, appearing in Dare to Defy on Amazon Prime and fronting my own documentary, TEGAN.
Whether I’m interviewing, teaching, presenting live or speaking directly to camera, I bring personality, curiosity and lived experience to every conversation. I’m comfortable tackling everything from serious and thought-provoking subjects to entertainment and more light-hearted content, with the ambition of continuing to build my career in mainstream television and broadcasting.
Where It All Started
My love for media and storytelling started early. At 12, I wrote and produced my first animated film, Tegan’s Story, sharing my experience of growing up with a disability. What began as a school project went on to be used as an educational resource around the world and sparked my passion for using media to tell stories and start conversations.
I later studied TV, Film & Digital Production, developing my skills both in front of and behind the camera. Since then, that childhood passion has grown into a career spanning presenting, broadcasting, podcasting, filmmaking and digital content.
My own story has also been captured on screen in TEGAN, a Netflix-commissioned documentary following my journey to buying my first horse, Coco, at 21.

I’m an experienced presenter and interviewer, working across television, digital content and live events. From scripted pieces to spontaneous interviews and live audiences, I’m comfortable thinking on my feet and bringing warmth, curiosity and personality to every project.
My experience spans sport, entertainment, lifestyle and factual content, and I’m passionate about developing a career that isn’t defined by one subject matter.

That's Wild with Tegan
Created in 2024, That’s Wild with Tegan is the candid chaos of my mind — an unfiltered space where no subject is really off limits.
Through solo episodes and conversations with guests, I explore everything from living with a disability and the realities of being a professional athlete, to relationships, friendships, identity, emotional wellbeing, culture and the general chaos of navigating life in my twenties.
The podcast gives me the freedom to be curious, opinionated, vulnerable and humorous, tackling both deeply personal experiences and wider conversations about the world around me. One week I might be talking about disability or the pressures of elite sport; the next, dating, toxic friendships, self-worth, social issues or whatever has been occupying my mind that week.
At its heart, That’s Wild reflects the kind of presenter and conversationalist I am: open-minded, adaptable and comfortable discussing almost any subject matter. I’m not afraid to ask questions, share an opinion or approach difficult conversations with honesty and humour.

I’ve spent more than five years building an online audience and developing my voice as a digital creator. Through short-form video, long-form content and social storytelling, I create content spanning sport, lifestyle, disability, culture, entertainment and everyday life.
Building my own platforms has given me invaluable presenting experience – learning how to capture attention, communicate complex subjects simply, tell compelling stories and, most importantly, understand what makes an audience want to keep watching.
